Connections Campaign
A woman, afraid of her partner and to reach out for help finally makes a call to the National Domestic Violence Hotline (NDVH). Making her call, along with the calls from over one million other individuals across the nation, requires courage and strength. Their call must be met by a voice, not a busy tone. That’s why U.S. Senator Joseph R. Biden (D-DE) invited several leaders in technology and telecommunications to partner with the federal government to create the Connections Campaign.
